Sires updated for 2017 - help requested

[update : all new sires will hopefully show within the next few hours though you can't grab them until 2017 even if you see them - still updating a few things]

Hey folks!

I have updated the list of sires to include new sires (which can't be bred yet but will show up in the lists).  It will also flag sires that are "leaving".   The locations for all sires have been updated as well.

I know there are some sires that are no longer standing that I missed in my first go around, but I'm never 100% perfect on these anyway and I am hoping you can alert me if you catch them.    If you see any that don't appear updated (or sires I have missed adding) please contact me via the Connect > Contact Admin links.  Locations go live immediately (so there's a bit of a flub here for existing sires), but the sire upgrades/downgrades won't go live until the new year, so we have a little time. :)  

Look for me to post something on a few upgrades/downgrades later this week as my schedule frees up.
